Highland Night
Late May To Early September
A Highland Night is an evening of traditional entertainment, full of Scottish music and dance, hosted by the Vale of Atholl Pipe Band. The evening begins with the Band marching down through the town from Fisher’s Hotel in the main street to the Recreation Ground where the show runs from about 7.30pm to 9pm. Guests will be entertained by Highland and Scottish Country Dancers and Scottish singers as well as the Vale of Atoll Junior Pipe Band. The Highland night season runs every Monday throughout the Summer from the last Monday in May to first Monday in September.
Come along to the Pitlochry Recreation Ground to enjoy an evening with the Vale of Atholl Pipe Band, Highland Dancers, Scottish songs and accordion music, all very capably compered by the wonderful Alan Brown.
The gates open at 19:00 for both those on foot and for parking cars around the arena, where the show runs from about 19:30 to 21.00. Drive in and watch from the comfort of your car or sit on the terracing.
Admission: Adults – £7, Children – £1. All tickets are purchased at the gate and car parking round the arena is free.
Highland Night begins at Fisher’s Hotel, where we offer spacious accommodation and delicious dining.
